Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reservations

  • We kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to your reservation be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • For large group bookings (6 or more guests), we may request a deposit to secure your table. Deposits are refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Failure to show up for a reservation without notice may result in the loss of any deposit paid.

Event Bookings & Private Hire

  • For private hire, events, or special set menus, deposits may be required to confirm your booking.
  • Deposits for event bookings are refundable if cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event date.
  • Cancellations made after this period may result in partial or full loss of the deposit, depending on notice given.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the terms outlined above.
  • Any approved refunds will be processed via the same method of payment used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers purchased from Arrack are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Extensions may be offered at management’s discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen events may occur. In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
